For years, brands have had two growth engines: advertising and partnerships. Advertising scales — but it costs more every year, customers have learned to tune out, and the more brands push, the more they risk eroding the trust they worked hard to build. Partnerships work — but they rarely scale. Every deal feels like a one-off project. Too much coordination, too many approvals, too much risk to make it routine.
We believe the most powerful growth engine of the next decade is not the one that interrupts customers the most — it is the one that adds the most value in the moments customers are already paying attention. Barika was built to make that engine real: intelligent, automated, and embedded natively into the customer moments brands already own. Not advertising dressed up as something else. Co-marketing as it was always meant to work.

Every participant in a co-marketing relationship — brands, partners, and customers — deserves full visibility into what is happening and why. Customers know when a co-marketing offer is present. Partners know exactly how their revenue is calculated. Every placement is logged and every decision is auditable. We do not hide behind complexity. We make the invisible visible.
Shared Success
The best partnerships are not zero-sum. When a Host Partner earns revenue from their customer communications, an Offer Partner acquires a new customer, and that customer receives a genuine reward — everyone wins. We did not build Barika to extract value from one party for another. We built it to orchestrate relationships where the act of growing your business genuinely benefits the people around you. AI for Good
AI is one of the most powerful tools humanity has ever built. We take that seriously. We did not build AI into Barika to replace human judgment, to manipulate customer behaviour, or to generate noise at scale. We built it to do something precise and purposeful: match the right offer to the right customer in the moment they are already paying attention — adding genuine value rather than demanding attention that was not freely given. We believe AI should make people's lives better. That belief is written into every decision we make.
Customer First
Every co-marketing placement on Barika ultimately lands in front of a real person — a customer who trusted a brand enough to buy from them, subscribe to them, or engage with their communications. We never forget that. The customer did not sign up to receive advertising. They signed up for a relationship with a brand they chose. Our job is to make sure every co-marketing placement honours that relationship — delivering something that feels like a genuine reward, not an intrusion. When customers win, everyone wins.

I built Barika to pioneer Co-Marketing-as-a-Service (CMaaS)—an AI-powered, on-demand model for brand-to-brand partnerships at scale. By rewarding customers during trusted moments like confirmations and alerts, we use intelligent automation to replace the friction of traditional advertising with genuine value.
My background lies in solving systems challenges for global institutions where trust and execution are non-negotiable. Following my start in Management Consulting at EY, I led transformation initiatives at Deutsche Bank and AstraZeneca, learning that sustainable growth is a systems challenge, not a volume challenge.
I am also the author of Realistic Optimism, which explores the intersection of AI adoption and human trust. My core belief is that the greatest threat in AI isn’t the technology, but how we choose to adopt it; Barika is the manifestation of my commitment to using AI to strengthen trust, not spend it.
